About us

A California studio built around execution

Aaron Shape Events LLC plans and produces events from a studio in downtown San Diego. We work with hosts who care about the details and expect someone to actually own them.

Most event problems are not creative problems. They are timing problems, communication problems, and budget problems that were left unresolved until the week of the event. Our practice is organized to close those gaps early.

We work from 109 West F St, San Diego, CA 92101, and we produce events throughout California, USA — coastal venues, downtown hotels, private estates, corporate campuses, and raw spaces that need everything trucked in.

Every engagement has one lead planner accountable to you. That person writes the budget, negotiates the vendor terms, builds the run-of-show, and stands on site during the event. Nothing is handed to a stranger the week of.

Company details still being finalized for publication: year founded, team size, professional memberships, and insurance details. We will publish these once confirmed rather than approximate them.

How we work

Four commitments we make in writing

01

Clear scope

Your agreement lists what we handle and what stays with you. If something falls outside it, we tell you before the work starts, not after.

02

Honest budgets

We would rather lose a booking than build a budget that quietly breaks in month four. Estimates include the costs people forget: labor, load-in, permits, gratuity.

03

Written coordination

Vendor decisions get confirmed in writing and land on a shared schedule. Verbal agreements are where events go wrong.

04

Present on site

Your lead planner is there for load-in, the event, and load-out — not a substitute who read the file that morning.

Who we serve

The clients we fit best

We are not right for every event, and we will say so early if we are not.

  • Couples planning a wedding of 60 to 400 guests in California
  • Companies producing conferences, launches, and executive dinners
  • Nonprofits running fundraisers with sponsors and program timing
  • Hosts of milestone celebrations who want a designed, unhurried event
  • Out-of-state clients hosting in California who need local vendor knowledge
  • Organizations that need one accountable point of contact, not a committee
