Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the email address on this site. The effective date is the date we receive your notice.

The following schedule applies to our service fees only, not to vendor or venue payments:

Each vendor and venue has its own cancellation and rescheduling terms. Deposits paid to them may be forfeited or partially transferable regardless of our policy. We will review your contracts and coordinate requests on your behalf.
