• Pay vendors and venues directly and on time where those contracts are in your name
• Obtain any permissions, permits, or approvals the venue requires from you
• Designate one decision-maker for approvals during the engagement

Venues, caterers, florists, rental companies, entertainment, and other vendors are independent businesses. We coordinate and manage them professionally, but we are not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, pricing, or contract terms.

Site content, layouts, designs, text, and marks are owned by Aaron Shape Events LLC or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.
