Refund Policy

The retainer reserves your date and covers planning work that begins immediately. Retainers are non-refundable unless your signed agreement states otherwise or we are unable to perform.

Paid planning sessions may be refunded in full if cancelled at least [PLACEHOLDER — notice period] before the scheduled session. Once the session has taken place, the fee is non-refundable.

Amounts paid to venues, caterers, rental companies, and other vendors are governed by those vendors' own policies. We will assist you in requesting refunds where their terms allow, but we cannot refund money we did not receive.

If services are terminated before completion, we will account for work performed to date. Any prepaid amount exceeding work performed and non-recoverable costs may be refunded. [PLACEHOLDER — confirm calculation method with counsel.]

If we are unable to deliver contracted services, we will work to arrange a qualified replacement planner or refund amounts for services not performed, at your election where practicable.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most disputes are resolved faster directly, and a chargeback filed while a dispute is under review may delay resolution.
